Piper's Never-Ending Rain

In a distant, dark corner, lived a mutt named Piper. Piper was always in pain, with a never-ending rain. His fur, once a mixer of brown and silver, now looked duller. His eyes, once brighter, now looked dimmer. Piper's main pal was a spider named Spinner. Spinner was clever, but Piper was cleverer. Piper whispered, "Spinner, it's the never-ending rain again, it's a pain." Spinner tried to cheer Piper, "Look at the rain, it's a painter, making everything greener." But Piper didn't gain cheer, he felt the same pain. Then, a tiny terrier, Tinker, came in. Tinker saw Piper in pain, in the rain. Tinker was a healer, with love as her main power. Tinker's love was like summer after rain. Piper's pain started to wane. His fur grew brighter, his heart felt lighter. "Thank you, Tinker," Piper said, no longer a complainer.
