One day, Ted, a red dog, met a pup named Ned. Ned had a bed as big as a sled. Ted was amazed, "How vast!" he gasped. "It's like a castle, it's so vast!"
They played tag and Ted chased Ned. "You're as fast as a flash," puffed Ted, "I'm feeling gassed!" Ned laughed and sped off, leaving Ted to rest on the grass.
As the sun dipped, they shared bread and jam. "This is yum," said Ned, "as good as ham!" They watched stars in the sky, their heads full of dreams.
In the end, they agreed, life was as good as it seemed. Ted and Ned, friends till the end, under a sky filled with dreams.
And as they snoozed, they dreamed of more days as fun-filled and vast as this one.
