Dashs Carol Page

In a small village, on the edge of a ridge, lived a cat named Dash. Dash had a sash, red and brash, which he wore with panache. One day, Dash decided to stage a carol page on the village bridge. He invited his friends, Podge andodge, to join his homage to the festive season. Podge, a hedgehog, sang with a splash of courage. "Dash, I'll bash out a song!" he announced. His voice, though, was more of a crash than a melody. Then it was Midge's turn. Midge, a bird from the ridge, chirped a tune that sounded like a smidge of a squidge. Despite the sound mishmash, the village folk didn't dash. They clapped and laughed, enjoying the bash. After all, it's the spirit that counts, not the clash of notes, right? And so, Dash's carol page was a big splash, right there, on the village bridge.
