All about William Wallace

William Wallace was a brave Scottish hero who lived a long time ago. He stood up against the English army and fought for Scotland's freedom. Wallace was born in the late 13th century and grew up to become a strong leader. He led his people in battles against the English, who wanted to control Scotland.

One of the most famous battles Wallace fought in was the Battle of Stirling Bridge. Even though the English army was bigger and better equipped, Wallace and his Scottish warriors won a great victory. This made Wallace a hero to his people.

Unfortunately, Wallace was eventually captured by the English and faced a very unfair trial. Despite this, he never gave up fighting for his beliefs. He is remembered for his courage and determination to defend Scotland.
