Hi, I'm Sam. I'm 8 years old and I live in Tymon North Co. Dublin. My house is near the biggest park in the city, Tymon Park. I love playing hide and seek there with my friends. There are so many trees and bushes, it makes the game really fun!
Last week, I found a very old tree in the park. It's the tallest tree I've ever seen. I think it must be hundreds of years old. I like to think about all the things it must have seen in its long life.
I also like to visit the National Basketball Arena. It's really cool to see the big games. I even got to meet some of the players once. They were really tall and nice. I want to be like them when I grow up.
On Saturdays, I sometimes go to the Square Shopping Centre with my mum. It's a big mall with lots of shops. I like to get ice cream there. It's the best!
