First, let me tell you about Manila. It is a big city with tall buildings, bustling streets, and lots of people. The weather was warm and sunny, which made it perfect for exploring. My family and I stayed in a hotel near the famous Manila Bay, where we could see beautiful sunsets every evening.
One of the highlights of our trip was visiting the historic Intramuros. It is an old walled city with cobblestone streets and ancient buildings. As we walked inside, it felt like stepping back in time. I learned that Intramuros was built during the Spanish colonial period and it was really cool to imagine what life was like back then.
We also visited Fort Santiago, which is located within Intramuros. It is a fortress with a large gate and massive stone walls.
