A Visit to Pristina

Hi, my name is Charlie and I am 8 years old. Today, I want to share with you about my visit to the city of Pristina in Kosovo. It was such an exciting adventure!

When we arrived in Pristina, I was amazed by the tall buildings and bustling streets. The city felt so alive and full of energy. The first place we visited was the National Library of Kosovo. It was incredible! The library looked like a spaceship with its unique design. I felt like I was in a different world as I walked through the colorful hallways and saw all the books on the shelves. I even got to borrow a book about dinosaurs, which is my favorite topic!

After exploring the library, we went to the Newborn Monument. It's a giant statue of the word "Newborn" with the date when Kosovo declared independence. It was really cool to see something so important and meaningful. I took a picture in front of it to remember this special moment.

We also visited the Ethnographic Museum, where I learned about the traditional culture and history of Kosovo. There were displays of traditional clothing, tools, and even a recreated village house. It was like stepping back in time! I enjoyed trying on the traditional clothes and imagining what life was like for people long ago.

Overall, my visit to Pristina was fantastic! I loved exploring the city, learning about its history, and seeing all the amazing places. It was a trip I will never forget!
