Hi everyone! My name is Hannah and I'm 8 years old. I'm super excited to share with you all about my recent trip to the birthplace of Kelly Yang, who is one of my favorite authors. Her books always make me laugh and learn new things. So, guess where we went? We visited Hong Kong, which is the nearest city to Kelly Yang's birthplace. Hong Kong is a big city in China, and it was so much fun exploring all the cool places there!
One of the places we visited in Hong Kong was the famous Victoria Peak. It's a mountain that you can go up on a tram. The view from the top was amazing! I could see the whole city and even the harbor. We took lots of pictures to remember the breathtaking view. It was a bit scary going up so high, but it was totally worth it!
I also learned that Hong Kong is known for its delicious food. We tried so many yummy dishes like dim sum, noodles, and sweet desserts. My favorite was the egg custard tart. It was so creamy and tasty! I wish I could eat it every day.
