Hi, my name is Nina and I am 8 years old. Today, I want to tell you all about my exciting visit to the birthplace of one of my favorite authors, John Green! His birthplace is located in the wonderful city of Indianapolis, which is in the United States of America.
So, my family and I decided to take a trip to Indianapolis during our summer vacation. We were all super excited because we knew we would get to explore the place where John Green grew up and got inspired to write his amazing books.
When we arrived in Indianapolis, we made a beeline for the John Green Birthplace Museum. It was so cool to see the house where he was born and learn all about his early life. The museum had lots of interesting exhibits, including photos, personal belongings, and even some of his handwritten drafts!
After visiting the birthplace, we went to another famous tourist attraction in Indianapolis called the Children's Museum of Indianapolis. It is the largest children's museum in the world! We had such a blast exploring all the interactive exhibits and learning new things. I especially loved the dinosaur exhibit and the planetarium show.
