My Family and Glassan

Hi, I'm Harper and I'm 8 years old. I live in a place called Glassan in Co. Westmeath. Living here is super cool because we have lots of fun things to do and see. One of my favourite places is the Lough Ree. It's a huge lake, bigger than 100 swimming pools! Sometimes, we go on a boat and I pretend I'm an explorer on a big adventure.

I also love going to the Glassan Farmers Market with my family. There are so many yummy things to eat like cakes, fruits and even ice cream! I like talking to the people who make all the food. They're really nice and let me try things before I buy them.

Another cool place is the Killinure Chalet, it's an old building but it's really pretty. I like to draw it in my sketchbook. I think Glassan is a magical place, it's my own little world full of adventures!
