Visit to the Birthplace of Artemis Fowl

Hi, my name is Sophie and I am 8 years old. Today, I want to tell you about an amazing adventure I had during my summer vacation. I visited the birthplace of one of my favorite authors, Eoin Colfer! It was so exciting!

We traveled to the city of Wexford, which is in Ireland. That's where Eoin Colfer was born. It's a beautiful city with lots of history and charm. We stayed there for a few days and explored all the wonderful things it has to offer.

One of the highlights of our trip was visiting the National Opera House. It's a famous tourist attraction in Wexford and it's not far from where Eoin Colfer grew up. The Opera House is so grand and elegant, just like the stories that Eoin Colfer writes. I felt like I was stepping into one of his magical worlds!

Inside the Opera House, we got to see a live performance by a talented group of actors. They brought one of Eoin Colfer's books to life on stage! It was incredible to see the characters I love so much right in front of me. I couldn't stop smiling the whole time.
