My Family and Drumcliff South

Hi there! I'm Kelly, and I just turned 8! I live in a really cool place called Drumcliff South in Co. Sligo. It's a small village, but there's a lot to see here!

Right near my house is Drumcliff Church. It's a really old building where we go for special occasions. It's really beautiful and peaceful. Plus, it's where the famous poet W.B. Yeats is buried! We often visit his grave and read some of his poems.

We also have a big mountain called Benbulben. It's enormous and looks like a table! I love watching it change colors with the different seasons. I can see it right from my window.

Not far from us is the Atlantic Ocean. We go to the beach sometimes, and I love collecting shells and building sandcastles. I can't wait for the summer!
