Hi, my name is Rosie and I am 8 years old. Today, I want to share with you about my recent visit to Dublin, Ireland, where I had the chance to learn about Bram Stoker. Have you ever heard of him? Well, he is famous for writing the spooky and exciting book called "Dracula"!
Our first stop was at a tourist attraction called Dublin Castle. Although it's not directly related to Bram Stoker, it was still really cool to explore the old castle and feel like a knight or princess. I even imagined that Dracula might have roamed around here a long time ago!
After that, we went to a place called St. Michan's Church. Inside the church, there were ancient crypts where mummies from centuries ago were resting. It was a bit creepy but also fascinating! I couldn't help but wonder if Bram Stoker had visited this place for inspiration when he was writing his book.
The highlight of my trip was visiting the Bram Stoker Dracula Experience. It was a museum all about Bram Stoker and his famous book. We got to see props from the Dracula movie, learn about the author's life, and even walk through a spooky Dracula-themed haunted house. It was both scary and exciting at the same time!
I had such a great time learning about Bram Stoker and his spooky world. It made me want to read "Dracula" and discover more about vampires and their mysterious adventures. I hope one day I can visit again and learn even more about this amazing author.
