My Family and Ballyprecas

Hi, I'm Bailey, I'm 8 years old and I live in a place called Ballyprecas, in Co. Wexford. It's really cool here, we have lots of fun things to do. We've got a big park with a super tall slide and a swing set that makes you feel like you're flying. I like playing there with my friends after school.

There's also an old castle near my house. It's actually kinda spooky, but I like to pretend I'm a brave knight protecting it from dragons. Sometimes, my dad takes me fishing at the Ballyprecas Lagoon. He says it's a special place 'cause it's one of the only saltwater lagoons in Ireland. We catch lots of fish, but we always throw them back. I think they're happier in the water.

One of my favourite things about Ballyprecas is the beach. In summer, it's the best place for building sandcastles and having picnics. I love listening to the waves and finding shells. Ballyprecas is a great place to live, and I can't wait to grow up here. Bye for now!
