Hi, my name is Lily and I am 8 years old. Today, I want to tell you about my exciting visit to Berlin. It was so much fun and I learned a lot about a very famous person named Angela Merkel.
When we arrived in Berlin, the first thing we did was visit a really tall tower called the Berlin TV Tower. It was amazing! From the top, I could see the whole city. I even saw the famous Brandenburg Gate, which is a big monument that Angela Merkel often visits. It was really cool to see something that she has been to!
After that, we went to a museum called the Checkpoint Charlie Museum. It's all about the time when Berlin was divided into two parts. Angela Merkel was a big part of bringing the two parts together again, so it was really interesting to learn about that.
I also learned that Angela Merkel is the Chancellor of Germany. That means she is like the boss of the whole country! She must be really smart and important. I hope I can be like her when I grow up.
Visiting Berlin was such an adventure. I loved learning about Angela Merkel and seeing the places she has been. It was a trip I will never forget!
